For Golden Week visits, advance reservations are required.
If you would like to make a reservation, please select the date of your visit from the reservation calendar below and make a reservation request.

How to make a reservation in advance

1. Please select (click) the desired reservation date from the "Reservation Calendar" below.
2. A reservation form will be displayed.
3. Enter the necessary information, such as the planned date and time of your visit, your name, contact information, and the number of people.
4. Confirm the details and click the "Make a reservation" button.
5. Once you receive a confirmation email, your reservation is complete.

Notes on reservations

• If you are using a mobile phone company's carrier email (docomo, au, softbank), you may not receive the summer vacation reservation email due to spam filters. If you do not receive the reservation email, please set your email settings to receive emails from the domain kiso-toymuseum.com.
• Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis, so please apply early.
• Please make any changes or cancellations to your reservation by the day before.
• On the day of your visit, please present the reception completion email on your smartphone or other device, or bring a printout of it with you.

In return for your hometown tax donation, you will receive admission tickets and Kiso Town Hometown Tax Appreciation Coupons.
